Kenton Slash Demon - Matter (buy)

As previously hinted at, Kenton Slash Demon's new release on Tartelet is equally as infectious as their last. Superb. The release also features a top remix by Runaway.

Simon Garcia - Cinematique (buy)

New on Supplement Facts is this understated tech house nugget by Simon Garcia. Out of nowhere it becomes something really quite special.

Tiago Fragateiro - Face (Michael J Collins Remix) (buy)

Great debut on Composite Records by the Portuguese Tiago Fragateiro. Justin Timberlake lyrics continue to be in vogue. Michael J Collins continues to excel, this time with an eerie chugalong.

Gregorythme - Swan Song (buy)

I've been enjoying Gregorythme's output for a while now, but his latest output on Cityfox Ltd. is cerainly up there as his best to date.

Midnight Mike - Creatures Of Habit (buy)

Dug this one out from Midnight Mike, pure catchy pop loops.

Mark du Mosch - Bareknuckle (Nukubus Edit) (buy)

Darker business from Syncom Data Records and the talented Mark du Mosch, following up his last amazing offering on the label with this belter. Hot.

Outer Space - Memory Bomb (buy)

Outer Space is a project by John Elliott of Emeralds. His self-titled LP is simply stunning. Three years in the making, armed with an array of synthesizers and the methods of a couple of mid-20th century electronic music composers. Really cannot wait to see Emeralds at Unsound in a couple of weeks.

Haruomi Hosono - Platonic (buy)

RĂ¼diger Lorenz - Francis And Friends (buy)

Taken from the superb Electrounique Volumes. Tasty analog synthesizer cuts from YMO's Haruomi Hosono and RĂ¼diger Lorenz, a German pharmacist who had an obsession for synthesizers.

Onto the more modern, courtesy of Holland.

Dexter - Not The Only Girl (buy)

Dexter turns out a contagious piece of disco-tech-house for Rush Hour's Voyage Direct series. One of my favourites. Cling on to the sunshine with this.

Duplex - AM Depth (buy)

Having released on Dexter's Klakson label and more frequently on Clone, Duplex recently put out this compelling Detroit-inspired track for the continually impressive Field Records. Joining the likes of Delta Funktionen who, if you like it a bit more abrasive has put out the super Setup One: Decorum on Ann Aimee. Great stuff.

Delta Funktionen - Please Identify (buy)

Dual Shaman - Ocean Breeze (buy)

Ryan Davis - Opus (Dual Shaman Remix)

Dual Shaman are a Romanian sibling duo producing some of that uplifting tech-house that I seemingly never get tired of. Ocean Breeze has just been remastered and re-released on Darko Esser's Wolfskuil Ltd label with some tasty remixes to boot.

Below is the lovely video to go with Aniara Recordings first release earlier this year. The artist is Genius Of Time. The track is timeless genius.

Hi-nrg cold wave and post punk
